We Are Empowering Communities Across Sub-Sahara Africa

By facilitating the establishment of transformative Digital Educational Community Hubs (DECH) for Computer Assisted Learning (CAL) toward formal Education, Non-violence, Peacemaking, and Innovative Community Development.

Everything we do is to the glory of and obedience to God

For the greater value in community; With humility, integrity, transparency and accountability.

Still, we embody synergy, hospitality, dialogue, peacebuilding, partnerships, networking, and witnessing to define the web of relationships that bind us together with the people and communities we serve.

Equipping Missional Peace-leaders

We envision wholly equipped missional peace-leaders and reconciled communities embodying transformative values of Truth, Justice, Love, and Contentment, toward freedom from disparities, poverty and violence.

Women Development Program

APMI focuses on women’s development through various programs, including those aimed at building self-esteem, leadership skills, and gender consciousness among young women. We also work to increase opportunities for girls’ education and provide support for vulnerable women and girls through the provision of dignity packs. We engage parents and community leaders to ensure the success of these programs and facilitate the process of girls’ formal education.

Leadership School of Theological Education & Peace Studies (STEPS)

At APMI, we envision wholly equipped missional peace-leaders and reconciled communities embodying transformative values of Truth, Justice, Love, and Contentment, toward freedom from disparities, poverty and violence. We hope to train and equip missional peace-leaders of tomorrow. APMI provides, through the CAL program, access to its rich peace leadership resources.

Anabaptist Peace Library & Archives

The APMI Peace Library is a collection of resources on peacebuilding, conflict resolution, and nonviolence. The library includes books, articles, reports, and other materials from around the world. The library is open to the public and is a valuable resource for anyone interested in learning more about peace and conflict.

I thank God so much for the Digital Education Community Hub brought to our church. It will save many people. We are so happy for this project. May God bless those who donated to support us. We stand together – pastors and congregation – and are grateful to those who started this. God bless our brothers and sisters abroad and in Africa

Thank you to APMI for bringing this project to our community and church. I encourage other students and people to join us to develop themselves. It doesn’t matter your education level; even those with an 8th-grade education can join. Together, we can build a better future.

My attachment at the Africa Peace Missions Institute (APMI) has been incredibly impactful. In just a short time, I’ve gained so many valuable ICT skills, especially in areas like computer hardware maintenance, software installation and networking. Mr. Dan’s mentorship and guidance has been truly inspiring. What’s more, APMI’s emphasis on both technical training and spiritual growth has been genuinely transformative for me. I’m so grateful to have contributed to their mission and I truly hope to continue empowering communities through education and positive change long into the future.
